Reece E. Morris March 25, 1945 - January 25, 2022

Reece E. Morris passed away on January 25th, 2022 in Everett, Washington. Reece was born on March 25th, 1945 in his hometown of Vancouver, WA to his parents Raymond and Joyce Morris. At the age of 8 Reece moved to Montana, residing in Kalispell and Billings with his mother and siblings. At the age of 17 Reece enlisted in the U.S.N. and served 4 years stationed abroad the U.S.S. Walke. After serving in the Navy, Reece returned to Snohomish County, Washington where he worked as a shipfitter and welder.

Reece was survived by his wife of 24 years, Sheryl L. Morris, his daughter Starla Jamieson, his 5 siblings Jim Cottet, Rella Morris, Della Cooper, Shon Ramey and Brian Ramey, his 9 grandkids, his 8 great-grandkids, and his many other close friend’s and family.

Tom Young and Kent Drake were among Reece’s close friend’s. If you were Reece’s friend, you were a friend for life. Included with his friends, came many great stories and adventures. Reece was quite the character and prankster and everyone who knew him, knew that was the truth.

Reece loved to fish, ride his motorcycle and considered himself the master of disaster in the game of cribbage.

Reece touched all of our lives and will be greatly missed by all. Please join us in honoring Reece on March 19th from 11 a.m-4 p.m. at the Granite Falls Senior Center. We will be having a potluck and sharing stories of our beloved Reece.
