Michael J. Cardwell II February 14, 1968 - August 16, 2019

Michael J. Cardwell II passed away at his home in Lake Stevens on August 16th, 2019.

Mike was born at Bremerton Naval Hospital and graduated from Redmond High School.

He is survived by his loving wife, Angela Cardwell, and adoring daughter, Rebecca; his mother and stepfather Donna and Gary Thompson; sister Jennifer Bliss and niece, Kyra Bliss.

As a boy he played both soccer and basketball.

Avid Disney fans, Mike and his family enjoyed many wonderful family vacations. Mike’s passions included rollercoasters, movies, music and sports, especially the Seahawks.

As an active volunteer in the community, Mike took pride serving in the Glenwood PTA; movie nights and Watch DOGS. He coached Rebecca’s soccer team with the Lake Stevens Soccer Club and was a parent volunteer in her Girl Scout troop.

He was employed by Physio-Control of Redmond for 30 years working to the level of Senior Data Analyst/Specialist.

There will be a Celebration of Mike’s Life held at Snohomish Senior Center (506 4th St. Snohomish, WA 98290) on Saturday, September 28, 2019 2:00p.m.-5:00p.m. Please join us and bring any pictures or stories you would like to share.

    So very sorry for your loss, prayers for you family. Mike was a co worker and such a nice guy. He will be missed here at Physio-Control Stryker.
